DTEE DIGITAL – NO REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing DTEE Digital for your web design and development needs. We strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. Before proceeding with our services, we would like you to carefully read and understand our No Refund Policy.

1. Scope of the Policy: This policy applies to all services provided by DTEE Digital, including but not limited to web design, web development, graphic design, digital marketing, and any other related services.

2. Commitment to Quality: DTEE Digital is committed to delivering top-notch services to our clients. Our team of experts works diligently to meet and exceed your expectations. We ensure that our services are delivered with utmost professionalism and adhere to industry standards.

3. Understanding the Nature of Digital Services: Digital services, by their nature, involve creative and intellectual efforts, as well as time-consuming tasks. Once a service has been initiated or completed, it cannot be fully reversed. This makes it challenging to offer refunds for services rendered.

4. Payment Terms: Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms outlined in the service agreement. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in the suspension or termination of services without the possibility of a refund.

5. No Refund Policy: DTEE Digital does not provide refunds for services already rendered or in progress. This includes, but is not limited to, web design drafts, development work, digital marketing campaigns, and any other services outlined in the agreement.

6. Revisions and Edits: We understand that client preferences may evolve during the project. While we strive to accommodate reasonable revisions and edits, this policy still applies. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

7. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate requirements, feedback, and approvals throughout the project. Failure to do so may impact the quality and timely delivery of the services, and refunds will not be granted based on misunderstandings or lack of cooperation.

8. Force Majeure: DTEE Digital shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, and other unforeseen events.

9. Amendments to the Policy: DTEE Digital reserves the right to amend or update this No Refund Policy at its discretion. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
