Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and any other materials required for the completion of the project. Dtee Digital is not responsible for creating or sourcing content unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
4. Payment Terms

All materials created by Dtee Digital, including but not limited to designs, graphics, and content, remain the property of Dtee Digital until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party. This obligation will survive the termination of the service agreement.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by Client
Clients may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice to Dtee Digital. Termination terms, including any fees due, will be outlined in the individual service agreements.
8.2 Termination by Dtee Digital
Dtee Digital reserves the right to terminate the service agreement for non-payment or breach of terms by the client.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dtee Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
11. Amendments
Dtee Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
